Kevin Pataky, the Photographer

I began shooting Action Sports at New Haven Ravens baseball games back in 2000, and I really didn't get involved in youth sports until my son starting playing Little League and Youth Football back in 2004 (the same year I switched over completely to digital).

My Background

I learned how to take pictures 40 years ago with an old SLR film camera, the Nikon FG, which I still have today. I specialize in Action Sports Photography which I have been shooting exclusively for 20 years now. In the Spring and Summer, I am a freelance photographer for MLB and MiLB as well as the Hartford Yard Goats (AA). My work can be seen in Baseball America, on MLB.com and MiLB.com websites, and within several baseball card companies. I also cover Football, Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse and Ice Hockey in the state of Connecticut for MaxPreps.com. My galleries on their web site can be seen by following this link.

What I Offer

I own my own equipment, and am constantly upgrading to the latest technology. I currently use all professional grade, high end Nikon equipment.

Every print you purchase from me will be mailed straight to your home, printed on Kodak's "SUPRA" Endura professional grade paper for a lifetime of enjoyment. I treat your photos as if they were my own. As such, I will settle for nothing less than your 100% satisfaction.

Who Do I Follow for CT High Schools?

I live in North Haven, CT and primarily cover North Haven's High School Varsity Sports. I do venture out around the state and photograph other High Schools that mostly play in the Southern Connecticut Conference, but will cover any team if prior arrangements are made.
